POTASH & SODA FELDSPAR

Potash Feldspar, a naturally occurring Potassium Alumino Silicate found in pegmatite, serves as a flux in ceramics and glass, enhancing body strength. Rarely pure and mica-free, Feldspar includes Soda Feldspar, a sodium-based Aluminum Silicate. Its primary use is in ceramic and glass industries, acting as the main vitrifying agent in ceramics. 

The chemical formula for sodium feldspar is typically written as NaAlSi3O8, indicating the presence of sodium (Na), aluminum (Al), silicon (Si), and oxygen (O). Feldspar minerals are important components of many types of rocks, including igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks.
